His experience, knowledge, and confidence really set him apart, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about giving every patient the best possible results. Ms. Heidia has also been absolutely amazing! She is so kind, patient, and understanding, and she has worked with me every step of the way to make sure my braces plan was right for me. I’m so grateful for her! And the entire Empower team? THE SWEETEST! They are some of the funniest, most genuine, caring people, and they make every visit something to look forward to. Their professionalism, patience, care, and concern truly stand out. They don’t make you feel like just another patient—they treat you like family. My son needed braces and my mom found this place. It is absolutely amazing! I love the interior design of it first of all. The receptionists and the staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Tim is so sweet and made my son feel welcome and relaxed. I definitely recommend Empower Orthodontics 🫶🏾

I had an amazing appointment at Empower Orthodontics, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire staff was incredible — welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. The office itself is spotless. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean, organized, and comfortable. There was no long wait time, which I really appreciated. They respect your time and keep everything running smoothly. I wish I remembered the name of the young lady who worked on me today because she was phenomenal. She checked on my comfort literally every couple of minutes, kept great conversation, and made the whole process feel easy. She had such a warm personality and made me feel like more than just another patient. And I have to mention this because it’s HUGE for me — everyone had perfect hygiene. Fresh, clean, and professional. It makes such a difference, and it shows how seriously they take their work and their patients. Overall, it was a pleasant, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable visit. 10/10 — highly recommend Dr. Tim and the Empower Orthodontics team! Thank you, from Cierra C.
